RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Important: Our products are made-to-order and printed specifically for you. Due to the custom nature of our items, we can only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. We cannot accept returns based on size preference or design choice.
To start a return, contact us at info@divinebodylife.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
- Custom printed products (unless defective or damaged)
- Sale items or gift cards
- Items without proof of purchase
Exchanges Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive a defective item, we will provide a replacement or full refund.
European Union 14 day cooling off period If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. However, please note that custom-made products may be exempt from this right under EU consumer law Article 16(c).
Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
